Rules section 80-1-3-Incorporation of the SF Mortgage Rules. This may need some reconsideration. Those SF Mortgage rules have contradictory sections to the Housing Stability Program, for instance income limits, terms of mortgages, restricting to single family. Also, at this time, it is contemplated OHFA will use in conjunction with the new program, but this may not always be the case. Anything that OHFA wants to incorporate, it seems the application, or updated white paper would be more appropriate than the Rules. Third, they would only apply to one portion of the new program.
